Generalized administrative duties in a high-tech office environment including, but not limited to, technical data entry, financial data entry, assisting with various ongoing corporate projects, filing, answering phones, and coordinating schedules.
Less than 29 hours a week.
Temporary Assignment
- Assist Office Manager and others as needed with various projects and functions
- File
- Maintain office environment (cleanliness, stocking, etc.)
- Help manage office and breakroom supplies.
- Data Entry
- Internet work for safety MSDS OSHA requirements.
- General clerical duties including photocopying.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Competencies:
- Efficient problem solver with multi-tasking abilities.
- Organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
- Read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

Education:
- High School Graduate or GED
