🚗 TeleOps Operator – Autonomous Vehicle Operations (Las Vegas, NV)

Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time 
Location: On-site in Las Vegas, NV

Shifts Available Many!!   Minimum 6 month contract

About the Role

We're hiring TeleOperations Operators to support its growing fleet of self-driving cars. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe operations by remotely monitoring vehicles and stepping in when human intervention is needed.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for those who are tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and excited about future mobility.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor autonomous vehicles in real-time

• Provide remote assistance during complex driving scenarios

• Follow safety and regulatory protocols

• Collect data and report on vehicle performance

• Collaborate with software, QA, and UX teams to improve systems

• Contribute feedback to enhance the TeleOps interface

• Work flexible shifts as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years in operations or fast-paced environments

• Strong computer and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication (written & verbal)

• Clean driving record and background check

• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams

• Willingness to work flexible hours

Nice to Have:

• Experience in autonomous vehicle industry

• QA/software testing or data analysis skills

• Background in STEM, Analytics, or similar fields

• Experience using Windows 10, Linux

• Familiarity with gaming interfaces or simulators
