Weekend Beauty Sales Consultant – Sales-Driven
Role (6 Sales/Shift Minimum) Ohla US is seeking high-performing Beauty Sales
Consultants to represent a premium hair care brand in local
retail stores. This is a weekend, in-store role for candidates
who are confident in their ability to drive consistent sales
and hit clear performance targets.
Great for ambassadors, brand reps,
demonstrators, sales associates, retirees, college students,
and more!

Requirements
Sales-First
Focus: This
is a performance-based role with a minimum of 6 confirmed
sales per shift required.
Customer
Engagement: Actively
approach shoppers, build rapport, and convert interest into
sales through product demonstrations.
Store
Visits: Travel
to retail locations in your area. (mileage
reimbursed).
Efficient
Reporting: Log
your daily performance through a mobile app.
Bilingual: Must
be fluent in English and Spanish
Ideal
Candidate
Sales-Oriented: Proven
ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced
retail or promotional environment.
Professional
Communicator: Comfortable
initiating conversations and confidently educating
customers.
Beauty
Knowledge: An
interest or background in hair care, cosmetology, or
beauty retail is a plus.
