Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
Assist with preventative, routine, and emergency repairs on facility equipment.
Maintain an inventory of repair tools and supplies.
Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
Develop knowledge of the facility’s electrical, plumbing, irrigation, HVAC, and security systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Research and adapt to new maintenance methods to improve operations.
Perform other related duties as required.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Understanding of maintenance safety protocols and industry regulations.
Must pass a background check and maintain compliance with company policies.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 lbs, or 100 lbs with assistance), and working on feet for extended periods.
High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred).
2+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general construction.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
