Description

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team! This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership through excellent customer service and administrative support.
 
Schedule: Monday - Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm (split days off - choice of either Tues, Wed or Thurs. off); **Saturday is required**
 
Compensation: $20 - $25 Hourly
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our store and services; operate a multi-line phone system and efficiently direct all calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
  • Assist customers with check in/out, and general customer and product inquiries
  • Maintain invoice entry processes and support vendors and departments involved.
  • Prepare documents for invoicing and credit card reconciliation
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and uniforms
  • Serve as a backup notary; provide notary services
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and departments across the organization
  • Support Office Admin and other departments; assist with special projects as needed
  • Present a professional image; promote and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines; maintain a clean work area
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of front office/receptionist experience is required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, and familiarity with basic accounting tasks preferred
  • Possess a positive, proactive attitude and strong critical thinking skills
  • Collaborate effectively in a team and adapt to change
 
Working Conditions:
  • Standard 40-hour workweek in a temperature-controlled office setting
  • Light physical activity such as walking and standing required
  • May require nights, weekends, and holidays if the organization operates extended hours
  • Clear vision and ability to use computers required
