INVENTORY ASSOCIATE
JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:
MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Inventory associate ensures that all products are accounted for, either on the shelves, or picked up. This position reports to the Removal Team Lead.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily scan all purchased product still on shelves, in order of auction close date
- Ensure product is situated on correct shelves
- Ensure all items are either in warehouse properly or scanned as picked up by customer
- Review missing product list to search for missing items
- Escalate missing product to general manager if not found
- Organize/neaten product for easy retrieval (bar codes on outside, product stacked safely)
- Be proficient with inventory check interface dashboard
- Know how auction items are categorized on the shelves, including auction and lot numbers
- May help with removal if workload dictates
- Other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be available to work onsite Sunday-Saturday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break with 2 days off, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift
- Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
- Must be tech savvy
- Must be highly organized
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
