Position Summary

The position generates revenue and/or profit margin in assigned industrial accounts, product lines or territories. Interacts with established customers and develops new prospects.

Principle Accountabilities

• Ensures high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
• Establishes account and territory sales plans to meet annual, quarterly, or monthly goals.
• Maintains knowledge of all major product lines and the specifications of each. Prices items and accessories, and produces estimates and quotes.
• Prepares sales report regarding quotes and sales activity for Sales Manager.
• Manages contacts and opportunity pipeline using the Companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Produces quotes using the Companys Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Participates in entertainment functions with customers, trade shows and seminars.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated sales experience. Other desired qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience in outside sales.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction management from an accredited university, or equivalent precast/construction work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Email, Spreadsheet, Word Processor).
• Strong communications skills to include both verbal and written communication.
