Job Title: Brake Press Operator
Location: North Las Vegas
Shift: 2nd 
 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating a brake press to bend, form, or straighten sheet metal and other materials according to specifications. This role plays a key part in ensuring that parts are produced accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate brake press machines to bend and form metal to required specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings

• Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality; make necessary adjustments

• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools

• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and tolerances of finished parts

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

• Work with minimal supervision while meeting production deadlines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of experience operating a brake press or similar machinery preferred

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (calipers, tape measure, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for 8–10 hour shifts

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
