As the Rental Director, you will be fully responsible for all activities amongst our teams working within Rental. This position ensures that customer work is planned, produced, and completed onsite and invoiced in a timely fashion to client specifications within Derse standards. This position must reside within the Corporate - Las Vegas office, to be close to their team in day-to-day functions. Rental Director Responsibilities

  • Ultimate responsibility for Rental team performance, job variances and budget variances
  • Prepare and review monthly operational financial reporting including job variances, budget variances, etc. for Corporate Ops
  • Lead production capacity report approval and OT communication 
  • Review pending future work and evaluate impact on production scheduling / capacity report
  • Work with Corporate Ops on future growth planning. 
  • Capital expenditures
  • Production flow efficiency planning within corporate guidelines
  • Billing approval over $50k
  • Approve purchases over $5k
  • Lead weekly Production meetings defined by issues, updates and job close out with sales and project management teams.
  • Updated facility drawing to scale
  • Owner of X inventory including; accurate and correct component turns and m/u's, accurate & complete component replacement costs, GL relief when properties are disposed of.
  • Develop profitable and competitive kit pricing 
  • Act as a Divisional Sales project liaison
Requirements

Rental Director Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree with financial business exposure and / or 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 5 - 7 year’s previous supervisory/management experience within the industry preferred
  • Familiarity working with Aluvision, Highmark, and Rental Cabinets. 
  • Ability to travel between offices, and support Rental shows/events and client meetings. 
  • Good mix of financial acumen and ability to juggle multiple duration projects simultaneously 
  • Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
