Growing Residential Maintenance Company looking for a Manager to engage and enhance current clientele relationships and create and explore NEW clientele and relationships.  

The position duties and responsibilities include the following; Prepare and coordinate routes, attend meetings, daily planning and resource allocation, analyze, monitor crews performance, coordinate with management, foreman and laborers. Answer and Respond to phone calls and emails. Communicate possible issues or problems to appropriate parties. The position is ultimately responsible for the Quality and Performance of their respective routes. 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Experience of 3-5 Years within the Residential Maintenance industry, Required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Plant Material.
  • Working Knowledge of Irrigation systems
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
  • Drivers License, Required.
  • Basic Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
