About the Role:

You’ll play a vital part in creating a safe and organized environment for both our employees and customers—especially in the parking lot and loading areas.
What You’ll Do:
Set up clear and safe parking lot signage
Pick and stage customer orders before arrival
Direct traffic flow and manage parking zones
Greet customers and guide them through the process
Assist with loading large items through “team lift” support
Maintain a safe environment for all team members and guests
Communicate safety protocols and ensure they’re being followed
Solve safety or traffic-related issues in real time
Work outside, on your feet, in varying weather conditions
Collaborate with teammates and jump in where needed

Physical Demands:
The Safety Coordinator position requires the following physical capabilities:
Standing for Long Periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 8+ hours a day
Working in Extreme Weather Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, or snow.
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed.
Team Lifting: Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items into customer vehicles.
