Description

The role of an Assistant Site Manager is to ensure Team Members provide a premium car wash experience - best in class service, a quick, convenient, and safe visit, and a clean, dry & shiny car - to each Guest. An Assistant Site Manager will also be responsible for building sales and maintaining costs on their shift. Additionally, you must ensure that all Team Members embody and exemplify the qualities and standards of the WOW Carwash brand.

As part of our team, your duties will include: (Duties and Responsibilities)

Increasing Guest Satisfaction

  • Ensure a premium carwash for each Guest - clean, dry & shiny car.
  • Ensure that each Guest receives a WOW Carwash best in class service experience; hold self and Team Members to the WOW best in class service expectation.
  • Maintain the car wash facility (tunnel, equipment room, lot, XPT’s, signage, vacuum area, office, restroom, break room) to WOW standards to ensure a clean and inviting facility for each of our Guests.
  • Ensure that WOW Carwashes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties are completed properly and according to schedule.
  • Ensure that Guest’s questions are answered correctly, quickly, and in a friendly manner.
  • Properly document any Guest incidents reported on site.
  • Ensure that the entire wash process is continuously monitored to ensure that all equipment is working as it should to clean the vehicles properly.

Increasing Revenue

  • Inspire WOW Team Members to achieve and exceed sales goals (Ticket Average, Add-on sales, Unlimited Wash Sales, Vending Sales, Gift Cards, etc.).
  • Ensure that each Guest is educated about our services, Guest benefits and operations.
  • Increase traffic counts - memberships, premium car wash experience.
  • Ensure that the vending machine is properly stocked and operating correctly.
  • Ensure that WOW Carwash daily, weekly, monthly, and preventative maintenance duties are completed properly and according to schedule.
  • Properly report and when possible, resolve any repairs to ensure all equipment is working at the optimal level.
  • Ensure Team Members are taking required breaks.
  • Manage chemical costs by ensuring equipment is working properly, limit rewashes, etc. Reduce damage claims by ensuring that cars are loaded properly, equipment in good working order, clean truck beds, etc.
  • Effectively communicate with Site Manager on stock levels, fast passes, vending products, gift cards, pricing brochures, chemicals, etc.

Training and Developing Team Members

  • Consistently and correctly uphold self and Team Members to company policies.
  • Maintain good physical conditioning so that the following activities can be sustained over time: bending, lifting 50 lbs. or more, stooping, climbing, standing for long periods of time, pushing, pulling, and walking regularly throughout the day.
  • Handle physically demanding conditions such as rain, wind, heat, confined spaces, and high volume.
  • Attend and take part in Monthly Meetings and Weekly Maintenance Meetings to communicate goals, policies, observations, and safety measures.
  • Train and Develop Team Members on the expectations of working the XPT, Loading, Attending the lot and/or helping a Guest in the office.
  • Be an example to other Team Members while working the XPT, Loading, Attending the lot and/or helping a Guest in the office.
  • Complete opening and/or closing procedures on shift.
  • Ensure all measures are being taken to provide Team Member’s and Guest’s safety at all times.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned.

Be a WOW Carwash Ambassador

  • Hold self and all Team Members to the WOW standard when dealing with any vendors in person, over the phone or via written communications.
  • Hold self and all Team Members to the WOW standard during all interactions while representing the company which includes but is not limited to marketing, banking and all Guest interactions.
  • Convey and be knowledgeable of the brand pillars: Advanced Technology, Environmental Dedication and Social Engagement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following traits: (Qualifications)
