General Description:
The Baker is responsible for the daily operation of the bakery and coordination with the culinary operations team. The Baker works closely to support the training efforts of the Professional Cook and Baker classes which will ensure that students are well-trained on the job duties of baking and cooking as set forth by the hotel industry needs. This position requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfilling obligations. Must be pleasant with others on the job and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude. Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks and a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of baking and pastries. Minimum one year of work experience in baking.
