Dispatcher

We are continuing to grow our dispatch team and are looking for the right person to help support our fleet of professional Motorcoach Operators as a Dispatcher in our Las Vegas, Nevada location.

You can: 

• Give and receive both positive and constructive feedback
• Efficiently and safely assign drivers and motorcoaches for daily schedule, including out of town trips and tours 
• Provide drivers with clear charter paperwork and any information (itineraries, maps, special instructions) necessary
• Monitor GPS system on buses, including paperless logs for drivers, and monitoring compliance
• Mentor drivers and conduct road tests when necessary (a CDL is required for this task) 
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be punctual, reliable, dependable, and have a professional appearance at all times
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Experience or Equivalent Experience

• 1-2 years of dispatching experience 
• 1-2 years of supervisor experience 
• CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements is highly preferred
• A proven track record in successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
