Equipment Operator

Sierra Aggs is seeking to fill a Equipment Operator position at our location in Jean, Nevada. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Adhere to all MSHA and company Safety standards
• Operate skid steer to clean the site and roads
• Grease bearings and preform basic repair and maintenance
• Option to run larger equipment or operate control tower depending on aptitude and ability
• Act as an aide to the Plant operator

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma
• Experience operating equipment
• Must be able to operator a dozer
• Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record.
• Must be able to work as a team on all projects
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, as needed
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to travel/work out of town
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
