Our Front of House Managers are responsible for leading shifts according to the business goals, supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Front of House Manager's two main areas of focus are leading the shift to the expected operational excellence standards and coaching/developing team members. Front of House Managers lead by example at all times and set the tone that the team will follow.

Front of House Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for the team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Servant Leader at all times
- Ensures that our guests receive delicious food, served in a reasonable amount of time by friendly team members in an incredibly clean restaurant.

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required, but is preferred.
- Understands the importance of executing operational excellence from a guest experience perspective and a business results perspective.
Chick-fil-A Personal Grooming and Appearance Standards:
- Piercings are allowed but limited to ears with simple studs, a single nostril with a simple stud. No other facial piercings are allowed
- Fingernails must meet health department requirements and not extend past fingertips. No false fingernails allowed.
- Tattoos must not be visible on face or neck.
- Natural hair coloring is acceptable. Dying hair in natural colors is allowed. Dying hair in unnatural hues is not allowed.
- Facial hair- Short neatly groomed facial hair with defined cheek and necklines.
