Assist any administrative team member with general office duties, filing, typing, faxing, sorting, and support services commensurate with an office environment.
Answer phones and greet guests to include new applicants, employees and vendors.
Assist HR team as needed with recruiting, uploading documents and maintaining employee files.
Assist prospective employees in filling out applications and completing on-boarding paperwork and required documentation.
Complete all other duties as requested by the CBO or HR Supervisor.
