About the Role:

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies that align with the organization's goals while promoting employee engagement and satisfaction. The HR Manager will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations, to create a cohesive and productive work environment. Additionally, this role involves advising management on HR best practices and addressing any employee-related issues that may arise. Ultimately, the HR Manager is tasked with enhancing the overall employee experience and supporting the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure employees are informed about their options and entitlements.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, employee rights, and workplace conduct.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in a managerial role within a diverse workforce.
