Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mandatory Overtime on Weekdays & Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team at a gift card manufacturing facility in North Las Vegas. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure high-quality and efficient output. Candidates must be flexible and available for mandatory overtime during weekdays and Saturdays—no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.

• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or product irregularities.

• Load raw materials and monitor production runs to ensure quality and consistency.

• Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.

• Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment issues or safety concerns.

• Support team members and participate in cross-training as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus; training provided.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.

• Must be available and flexible for mandatory overtime on weekdays and Saturdays—no exceptions.
