Metal Fabrication Specialist - URGENTLY HIRING!!

Job Title: Metal Fabrication Specialist
Location: North Las Vegas
Pay: Up to $25/hr

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team. This role involves interpreting blueprints, cutting, forming, assembling, and finishing metal components to precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in metalworking, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal components using manual and power tools, machinery, or welding equipment
• Operate fabrication machinery such as shears, brakes, grinders, saws, and plasma cutters
• Weld and join metal parts using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) as needed
• Inspect completed products for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; trade school or vocational training preferred
• Prior experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a similar role
• Ability to read blueprints and work with measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
• Proficient in the use of fabrication equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), and wear PPE
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in welding or metal fabrication (AWS, NCCER, etc.)
• Experience with CNC fabrication machines or CAD/CAM software
• Familiarity with various types of metals and their properties
