We are seeking an Operations Process Engineer Intern who is a skilled, data-driven professional eager to take on cost-facing projects that positively impact the business, enhance operator performance, and deliver innovative solutions. The individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing process strategies, optimizing existing workflows, and driving efficiencies in our operation.
The role involves conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for technology solutions, interacting with our Warehouse Management System, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable results. The candidate will lead two impactful projects during their internship, focusing on reducing costs, improving operational processes, and implementing sustainable strategies.

What is the team like?
As an Operations Process Engineer Intern, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, supply chain experts, tech and business leaders. You will report to the Sr. Process Engineer and will have mentoring opportunities with the Director of Operations Integration and Process Engineering. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement scalable solutions and process optimization. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members of the team.
