Established North Las Vegas Manufacturer is looking for administrative assistant to help our sales and planning team with incomming and existing sales orders and administrative duties.
Sales & Production Planner
We are seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented, and diligent individual proficient in Excel, Word, and basic math skills. This role supports our sales and customer service team and works integrally with our production team to plan for on-time order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team in reviewing both existing late and new incoming orders.
· Generate, run, and format reports and spreadsheets using Excel to utilize in the planning process.
· Review new work orders for correctness before they are released to production.
· Respond to incoming emails from sales, and update customer service with projected ship dates.
· Coordinate with the production team to identify and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks.
· Review and assist in planning procurement for contracted blanket orders.
