Overview

The responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures and exceed customer expectations. LOCATION: NORTH LAS VEGAS, CRAIG RD., NV 

Responsibilities

  • Prepares cold and hot products.
  • Must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques
  • Controls product availability as the shift starts
  • Ensure walk in cooler is clean, with updated labels
  • Using label machine to ensure food is label properly
  • Thawing frozen products
  • Removing all trash
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures

 

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

 

Pay Range

USD $13.50 - USD $13.50 /Hr.
