POSITION SUMMARY:
The YMCA of Southern Nevada is looking for preschool aide (aka resource teacher) to support the lead teacher and assistant teacher in the classroom. This is a full time in-person position located at the Skyview YMCA (3050 E Centennial Parkway, North Las Vegas, NV).

Y Preschool prepares children ages 3-5 for future success through evidence-based curriculum that encourages hands-on learning and exploration. Our friendly, safe environment promotes positive social interactions, problem solving, and lots of fun! Our caring teachers support an educational process of learning through creative play while incorporating the Y’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and empathy into every lesson. It’s what makes our preschool extra special!The Y uses the HighScope Method, an evidence-based curriculum, and is nationally accredited through QRIS to ensure Kindergarten readiness.
