Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). The Infrastructure Senior Directorate is looking for students interested in a fast-paced, exciting summer intern opportunity to support our major improvement initiatives. Infrastructure is responsible for providing the physical infrastructure required to support leading edge scientific research and development at the Nevada National Security Site, a federal site located 65 miles northwest of Las Vegas and the size of the State of Rhode Island. The team plans, designs, and builds new buildings, roads, and utilities while maintaining the existing infrastructure.
Infrastructure has 6 directorates: Enterprise Infrastructure Programs, Project Planning & Delivery, Engineering, Construction, Maintenance & Critical Site Infrastructure, and Essential Site Services. Interns will be assigned to a directorate based on their education and interests, as well as company needs. We provide opportunities to work with and connect with other organizations within the company. Each intern will be under the direction of a Manager & Mentor and will complete an end of summer project presentation.

Hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $28.99.
Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
