Overview

BOXABL is looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive growth. The VP of Sales will be responsible for building and executing sales plans, leading the sales team, and developing strategies to expand BOXABL’s market presence and customer base.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and execute BOXABL’s overall sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and customer needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a VP of Sales, or senior sales leader, preferably in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
