Job Summary of the Warehouse General Manager position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced Warehouse General Manager to oversee a 3rd party logistics team of over 40 employees in a fast-paced environment handling ecommerce, B2C fulfillment and Amazon Online goods.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse General Manager position
Implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, focusing on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Lead daily operations, including warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics.
Oversee and mentor department managers to promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Work with senior leadership to identify opportunities for business growth and operational enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Create and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and operational success.
Lead cost management initiatives and budgetary oversight to ensure financial targets are met.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our services and expand our network.
Develop a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, professional development, and high morale.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements of the Warehouse General Manager position
Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations

At least 3+ years in a 3PL leadership role.
Proven experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex operations.
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles related to budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
Proficiency in using logistics and warehouse management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to achieving company goals.
