Responsibilities

  • Anticipates kitchen member needs by constantly evaluating environment and responding to cues as necessary
  • Knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all food or chemicals used
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, dumpster, and utility work areas
  • Be vigilant for any hazards, alerting a manager as necessary
  • Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Add Cashier duties
  • Preparation of food/food safety guidelines
  • Order accuracy
  • Ensuring parking lot is clean of trash/debris

 

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

 

Pay Range

USD $13.50 - USD $13.50 /Hr.
